Big bowl of soup

Always go for a bowl of soup if you do not feel like eating much. Soup has high water content with low calories which can easily fulfill your stomach. Of course, bear in mind, do not go for the creamy soups as it has more fats.

    I drink a big glass of water also, but normally after my meal lah. Why? Coz I need Eno to help me digest properly. Hahaha.
