There are numerous food which can help to burn out fats from our body. These foods are categorized into food which can help to increase the metabolism rate in our body.

Milk

Milk contains calcium, which increase the metabolism rate in the body. Rich source of complex carbohydrates can be found in milk, which can boost your metabolism by helping your insulin levels stay low after a meal, this is a good sign because higher insulin levels will store more fats in our body.

Whole grain cereal is rich of both complex carbohydrate and fiber, it is useful to keep our metabolism, improve digestions as well.

  • Hi there! I love the list that you have shown. I’m in a healthy lifestyle also. Im on a program where in I take some supplements and eat some nutritious as well as healthy food. And I have discovered the benefits of omega 3 fatty acid in our body. Our body cannot produce the needed omega 3 fatty acid that would suppose to be a support on our body. In this situation, we tend to buy on some supplements just to support the omega 3 fatty acids that we need. I always maintain too have a supply of omega 3 in my body in which can be found on krill oil. As we all know our body can’t supply the omega 3 fatty acid that we need.

  • Eating these foods is better than not eating. So, girls, don't ever skip your meals. A cup of low-fat yogurt or oatmeals should do the trick.
